The apartments, two-rooms or three-rooms, all have separate entrances. The Rosa apartments are next to the village’s central area, all located on the first floor and without a telephone. The rooms and the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, safety deposit box, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a balcony or patio. The complex, managed in 'village formula' thanks to a large animation team, offers a hotel-style stay.

Accommodation in a hotel-style stay (half board and full board) are provided, depending on availability at the time of booking, in the hotel rooms or in the two-room or three-room apartments of the residence.

The Salento tourist village is just a short walk from the sea (500meters) and 800 meters away from alarge private and equipped sandy beach ; a characteristic little train does the shuttle service, it is a convenient and comfortable service that ensures the connection between the residence and the sea. Inside the complex there are: restauranta pizzeria, 3 bars, a pool for adults and children, an amphitheater, TV room, tennis court, multi-purpose sports field for soccer, volleyball, and tennis, table tennis, children’s playground in the pine forest, gym, laundry, fenced parking, bike rental, on the beach there are canoe, sailing boat and windsurfing. It also provided a shuttle service that connected FF.SS. and FSE railway stations to the airports of Brindisi or Bari. Daytime and evening entertainment is provided.

2+2 HOTEL ROOMS: All with private terrace, elegantly furnished with a double bed and bunk sofa-bed, air conditioning, minibar (stocked on request), safety deposit box, hairdryer, telephone (only enabled for receiving calls), LCD TV, and bathroom with hydromassage shower.

DOUBLE VILLAGE ROOMS: (adjacent to the hotel), with a double bed, air conditioning, minibar (stocked on request), safety deposit box, hairdryer, telephone (only enabled for receiving calls), TV, and bathroom with shower.

TWO-ROOMS 4 VILLAGE APARTMENTS: Living room with little kitchen corner and sofa bed (for two people), double bedroom, some with a small room with a single bed, air conditioning, safety deposit box, hairdryer, telephone (only enabled for receiving calls), TV, bathroom with shower, patio or balcony.

THREE-ROOMS 6 VILLAGE APARTMENTS: Living room with little kitchen corner and double sofa bed, double bedroom, small room with a single bed, air conditioning, safety deposit box, hairdryer, telephone (only enabled for receiving calls), TV, bathroom with shower, patio or balcony.

TWO-ROOMS 4 ROSA APARTMENTS: Adjacent to the village’s central area, on the first floor, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, air conditioning, safety deposit box, hairdryer, TV, bathroom with shower, balcony.

Accommodation in hotel formula, available with half-board and full-board, depending on availability at the time of booking, will be in the hotel rooms, village rooms or two-room and three-room Village or Rosa apartments. In the two-rooms 4 and three-rooms 6 Village apartments, guests can use the little kitchen corner when they have half-board formula (daily cleaning of the little kitchen is customers responsibility; cleaning service available upon request).

The little kitchen corner is not available in the TWO-ROOMS 4 ROSA apartments.

The Buffet service, available in the hotel restaurant, includes water and house wine in dispensers, wide selection of appetizers, side dishes, main courses, fruits and desserts. The restaurant also provides a baby-feeding area for the needs of the toddlers.
