Trulli Valle d'Itria «Traditional Design- Puglia» is a luxury residence located in the heart of Puglia, not far from the beautiful and lush land of Trulli (the Itria Valley). From this beautiful residence you can easily reach the most renowned tourist places of our region, Ostuni and Locorotondo called « le città bianche »  (« white villages »), Cisternino, the gastronomic town of « bombette » and « gnumareddi » (typical Apulian meat dishes), Alberobello, the capital of Trulli, a UNESCO world heritage site, Martina Franca, the city of baroque and finally the Sassi of Matera. From this residence, about thirty minutes away, you can reach both the Ionian and the Adriatic coasts of the « Riviera dei Trulli » to enjoy the crystal-clear sea of Capitolo, Monopoli, Torre Canne and Torre Guaceto, where you can admire beautiful and wild stretches of coast.

This splendid Trulli complex can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for small groups or large families. Through a gate, which guarantees maximum privacy for guests, you can have access to this wonderful structure which is surrounded by nature and is located on a hill in the rolling Apulian countryside and flanked by a particular grove characterised by tall oaks under which there are benches where you can relax and enjoy the coolness guaranteed by the shade of the trees; all this is enriched by a large private saltwater swimming pool (11x5m) and a convenient parking area.

The Trulli Valle d'Itria «Traditional Design- Puglia» are laid out on several levels. On the first level we find a first unit overlooking the private grove adjacent to the property with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. By means of a fully equipped kitchen, the first unit communicates with the second unit, which has a private entrance and a door communicating with the rest of the rooms, which consists of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding an chair-bed, and, subordinate to the kitchen, we find another bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.

On a second level, accessed by following a path created in the garden of plants and via stairs, we find another Trulli complex composed of two more units. The first unit hosts a small living area; a bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of adding a chair-bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and last unit is characterized by a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; a comfortable kitchen equipped with an induction hob and a bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a lighting system that gives light to the niches, and, in addition, you will be pleasantly surprised by a special feature: an automatic opening and closing system of the glass top of a cone, which allows you to enjoy the colours of the Apulian sky from the comfort of your bed.

Finally, the two parts are connected by a stone central body with a large living area, a bathroom/laundry room, a fully equipped common kitchen with a large wooden table, a barbecue area, a wood oven and a shaded area and table for outdoor dining.

The entire complex is equipped with a last generation heating and cooling system.
