The beautiful private swimming pool (5 x 15 m) has a strong impact and it is surrounded by a well-kept lawn. The outdoor area is also completed by a gazebo with a relaxation area and sofas where you can take refuge in the hottest summer days, a barbecue, a patio equipped with an outdoor dining table for 12 people, and outdoor games.

The indoor area is characterised by a large, bright living room equipped with a sofa, a table with 12 seats and a kitchen equipped with household appliances and a fireplace; a hallway; a Sovereign Trullo and 3 Trulli where there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a dressing room; another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (see-through shower) and a large window overlooking the garden. Overlooking the pool there is an outdoor Trullo, among the oldest in this area dating back to 500 years ago, which hosts a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and independent access. Finally, this beautiful holiday home also has a last modern double bedroom with private bathroom and independent access. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
