THE ACCOMODATION
The hotel is a design hotel located on the Adriatic coast between Torre dell'Orso and Otranto. The building respects the surrounding territory, it has an excellent position because it is located 900 meters from the sea and offers its guests a captivating atmosphere thanks to the surrounding landscape.
SERVICES
Guests of the hotel can choose between 36 rooms which offer hotel formula and 27 independent cottages in a residence formula, all of them are located in the main building. Each accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning, mini-bar, safety deposit box, outdoor patio or garden with direct access to the pool and the central bar.
The hotel offers a B&B treatment that includes a rich breakfast buffet which on the sunny days will be served at the pool bar. In case of rain, breakfast will be served in the room without extra. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available, basic products such as biscuits and croissants.

Near the hotel , there are some of the most beautiful and enchanting locations in Salento: just a short walk from the small local village, you will find Torre Sant'Andrea, well-known for its white cliffs that stands on the crystal-clear water, and the beach of Torre dell'Orso, famous for its fine sand and high cliffs that seems to hug the beach. Going north, you will find the archaeological site of Roca Vecchia with its 16th-century tower and the famous “Poetry Cave”, one of the 10 most beautiful natural pools in the world. Moving away from the structure, in the hinterland, you can discover villages rich in history, culture, and traditions. 15km away there is Otranto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and its stunning Aragonese castle and ancient walls; and 30kilometers away the baroque city of Lecce with its beautiful churches and famous shopping roads, are both a few minutes drive away.
