THE ACCOMODATION
The Maseria in the Village of Trulli in the Itria Valley, built at the end of the XVIII° century, was originally used as a convent for Benedictine nuns, and only after it was transformed into the actually fascinating mansion, which is surrounded by the typical Apulian landscape, among olives and cherry trees. An unique location, where time seems to stand, . It consists of a group of 28 authentic Trulli and of a Masseria, which still reflects the typical Apulian style.

The restaurant created from "huddled" trulli, offers a unique culinary experience that celebrates the genuine flavors of Apulia. The evocative environment, illuminated by limestone stones that project towards the inside of the "cannela" (the vault), creates a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, perfect for any occasion. The menu offers typical Apulian dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, coming mainly from the surrounding area, accompanied by a vast selection of Apulian wines.
The swimming pool is an oasis of relaxation located on the edge of the masseria. Large in size and equipped with a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrellas, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and flowers.
