It was not easy, after numerous and demanding restoration interventions, to conserve the original structure of the building and preserve the austere identity of the place, its fascinating and simple architectural lines and restore beauty to the star vaults that ennoble and embellish the ceilings, to the "tuff" walls, "chianche" floors and the suggestive "dry stone walls" that enclose the entire structure.
For the furnishings, the focus was, with an upcycling approach, on the recovery of materials and objects already present in the structure, such as windows, iron rods, tables, doors and gates, or purchased at markets, giving them a new and decorative use , through the combination of simple DIY objects with tools from peasant life, contemporary pieces in industrial, shabby, and vintage furnishings.

The Masseria offers a wonderful convivial lounge, with a large central fireplace, and a large sitting area, a lush, colorful and fragrant 3000 m2 garden furnished with sofas, armchairs, swings, hammocks, tables and chairs.

The spacious rooms, furnished with an upcycling approach in a sober and refined Mediterranean design, are characterized by star vaults and floors in fine local stone. All equipped with private entrance, a living area with kitchen and living room, stone beds, private bathroom with bidet and charming stone showers, also have outdoor areas (patio/ terrace/ garden) and enjoy views of the hill of the Itria Valley, the view of the garden and the sea of olive trees that characterize the landscape. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, radiators, sheets and towels, 32-inch TV, flat-screen satellite, dishes and hairdryer.

Among the services offered by the structure there is free use of Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas. There is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, kitchen area with oven and dishwasher, private parking, garden products, two barbecues, bicycles and table tennis.
